Pair of OEM Lemforder engine mounts.
Failed engine mounts can cause issues from trouble shifting gears to causing the mechanical cooling fan to interfere with the fan shroud. These OEM replacement mounts are stock replacement for most Z3s and all E36, E46 and E9X M3s but make a great upgrade for other models as well. The engine and transmission move together so we recommend replacing the transmission mounts with the engine mounts. The Genuine BMW E46 M3 Transmission Mounts are a great upgrade to complement these engine mounts.
We have found the combination of these engine mounts and E46 M3 transmission mounts to be the best solution for a car that spends any time on the street. Urethane engine and transmission mounts transfer quite a bit of vibration to the driver whereas these OEM rubber mounts do not.
