Genuine BMW, black, vinyl, right side inner door pull for all Z3 models.  These pulls seem to last somewhere between 15 and 20 years.  Generally when they fail, they separate from the door card at the top of the handle and offer no support for closing the door.  People often try to repair these rather than replace them, the repairs generally do not work and require the fragile door card to be removed and reinstalled one more time than necessary.  We have also seen folks looking for unbroken used handles, any used handle is not much newer than the broken used handle you're trying to replace.  The best, cleanest solution is simply replacing the broken handle with a brand new one.  

This is the vinyl version that most non-M Z3s came with.  M cars and extended leather equipped non-M Z3s had leather door pulls. However, these are no longer available (NLA).  It is worth noting that these vinyl versions can be used in their place.
