Through the BMW line there are a few different shift levers from one vehicle that can be used to shorten the shift throw in another vehicle. This particular shift lever is a factory replacement for the 1.9 and 2.5 liter Z3 Roadsters and the 5 speed E46 325xi and 330xi however, it also provides a nice 25% throw reduction for the 318ti. Because this is an OE lever, the shortened throw comes with a factory like feel. This kit includes a brand new OE factory shift lever and a replacement shift lever bushing.
