Shipping and Returns


“In Stock” items are normally in our inventory, ready to ship next day. 

“Available” items are stocked in local warehouses and usually ship in 1-3 business days.

“Special Order” items may take 10-30 days to arrive.  Many Genuine BMW parts are considered special order as many are coming from Germany. 


Most orders totaling over $350 ship free to the continental US. Exceptions include- Brake Rotors, heavy suspension parts, Custom quoted orders.

UPS and US Postal Service shipments are made Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. We ship orders in accordance with the service selected by the customer. At our discretion, we may upgrade the selected service. Shipments originate from our business location in North Carolina, USA.  Some items may be drop shipped from our suppliers in other parts of the country.

In some cases, UPS may deliver on Saturday, but it should not be relied on for time-sensitive deliveries.


Basic insurance is included in our quoted rates for all UPS shipments.  Economy US Postal Service shipments are not insured. Priority Mail and Express Mail .  Purchaser/recipient is responsible for items and claims on items shipped via US Postal Service.


Multiple orders placed on the same day will not typically be combined.  If you would like to combine orders please call or message us immediately and we will do what we can.


Multi-piece orders will be shipped once all items in the order have arrived. Should you desire certain items be shipped before all items have arrived- we can accommodate that for an additional shipping and handling charge.  Contact us:


We cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, please place a separate order for each address.


BimmerBum Co ships eligible items internationally.  Orders shipped using Economy Shipping may take up to 1-3 weeks for delivery; tracking is not always available. Please note that orders shipped via Economy Shipping cannot be rerouted after shipment.  Claims for items shipped via international economy methods are the responsibility of the purchaser.


Any and all customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerages fees, etc.) are the recipients responsibility and are NOT included in shipping charges. These may be charged upon delivery and are required to obtain your order. We are not able to mark orders as "gifts", or send items with lower declared values. We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the required customs fees.


BimmerBum Co LLC is a USA based company and conducts business in United States Dollars (USD). All prices are shown in USD. Your bank or chosen Payment Method may charge fees to convert your countries currency to or from US Dollars.

Returns and Exchanges

All returns or exchanges must be pre-approved by BimmerBum Co.  In all scenarios, everything begins with an email or phone call to us. Requests for return or exchange must be made within 30 days of original purchase.

If we shipped you the wrong item - we will ship you the right item or refund your money.

If you ordered the wrong item – order and pay for the correct item, then return the item at your expense. Once received in good condition we will refund your original purchase price to the method of payment used (if possible)

If you just don’t need the item - return the item(s) at your expense. Once received in good sellable condition we will refund your original purchase price to the method of payment used (if possible) less a 15% restocking fee.

It’s Broken – We inspect all items for damage before shipping, and all items are very well packed to prevent damage in transit. Any damage found will be the responsibility of the shipping service.  We are sympathetic to this situation, so if you are unable to get satisfaction from the shipping service, please contact us.

There are NO returns of consumable items like cleaners, fluids, adhesives, etc. Most electronic items are generally not returnable unless damaged or not working.

There are NO returns of items categorized as “Special Order”, this includes custom quoted items ordered by invoice that are outside our normal product range.

ALL returns/exchanges must include original packaging in good, sellable condition.

Your return must be properly boxed and sealed to protect the integrity of the product and the original package against any damage or marking in transit. New items shipped back in only the manufacturer’s packaging (no secondary outer package) will not be credited.


Some items we sell carry a manufacturer warranty.  If there is a problem with an item during the warranty period, contact us.  BimmerBum Co will assist with assessing the issue and help with the claim process as appropriate.  Required procedures may vary by item and manufacturer.
