These small 'AIRBAG' trim pieces cover a torx screw that holds the door card to the door of Z3 and late E36 3 series models with side airbags. Age and repeated removal cause the plastic clips on the back side of these trim pieces to break leaving no way for them to stay in place.
Specify position and color when ordering and order yourself some spares!

REGARDING BEIGE COLOR ACCURACY - It is probable that the Beige/Tan/Sand/Brown color of these new pieces WILL NOT match the tabs you are replacing. The effects of age on your original pieces, along with variances in manufacturing since 2002 make an exact match unlikely. If you want both driver and passenger side airbag tabs to match, we suggest purchasing both sides so they are from the same production lot.
